Self-Guided Tour: What is it ?
A self-guided tour is a self-governing tour where one navigates a route oneself as opposed to an escorted tour where a tour guide directs the route, times, information, and places toured.

Independent walking holidays give you maximum flexibility as you travel at your own pace: setting off whenever you’re ready, choosing when and where to stop for lunch, and planning the day around your own personal agenda. We provide comprehensive walking route notes – all regularly checked and updated by us – as well as proper maps and detailed route notes, so you need never worry about getting lost on our self guided walking holidays!

Step by step
All these information are in the roadbook, your self-guided book, which includes all you need and more! If you want to have any idea what it looks like, we put a roadbook at your disposal here:

But this the road book displayed is a medley to get a good feel but isn t a roadbook of an itinerary because we cannot give away this level of information (your roadbook will have between 30 and 50 pages). It is absolutely not entirely completed in each section. It particularly depends on the number of your trip. Because each region is specific, we focus on the special features in your roadbook.

Responsible travel
Self-Guided Tour means to take part in responsible travel too!

Responsible travel is a new way of travelling for those who’ve had enough of mass tourism. It’s about respecting and benefiting local people and the environment but it’s about far more than that.
If you travel for relaxation, fulfilment, discovery, adventure and to learn rather than simply to tick off places and things, then responsible travel is for you.

Responsible travel suits life’s curious adventurers and enthusiasts.
